Unbelievable delivery time and quality of product from my Christmas Order. Excellent thank you. Just placed another order. Only disatisfaction is with the bonus discount applied an order just over £100 reduces to the point where I pay postage and packaging, not a great incentive to use the bonuses if you are not ordering in large bulk quantities, used your £5 bonus and saved the %bonus for...probably Christmas? I would prefer to have a range of bonuses for loyalty, so if I buy a few items regularly as well as the bulk purchase there is another incentive to do so. With birthdays in mind I often like to buy 1 or 2 new gadgets which may not exceed your current £100 free postage. Nit Picky I know, but an observation and comment as requested. Overall I thought the service I had very good - just one thing could be improved - I bought the laser star projector as a birthday present for my son and had it giftwrapped and sent to his address. Service very good and arrived next day however he knew what it was before he opened it as it was accompanied by an invoice stating what it was and was also packaged in a box (outside the giftwrap) which said what it was.
